The International Academy for Engineering and Media Sciences (IAEMS) is considered a scientific beacon, which has proven its existence in no time and has become one of the most important scientific academies that teach media sciences in Egypt. Its presence within the premises of the Egyptian Media Production City (EMPC), the largest media edifice in the Middle East has led to its distinction from other scientific institutes. The matter that provides the students with the keys of success, excellence, and correct practical training opportunities to graduate academically advanced youth who are practically trained in all media specializations.
Media Sciences Department
This department includes four Credit hour system programs, provided that learning in this department is not less than three years in order to obtain a bachelor’s degree, on condition that the student successfully passes 132 credit hours, at the end of the first, second and summer semesters of each year.
The Academy grants a bachelor’s degree in media sciences plus an equivalency from the Supreme Council of Universities in one of the following specialized programs:
● Radio and TV production program
● Film Production Program
● Advertising Production Program
● Multimedia and Internet Program
Business Administration Department
The department includes six programs, three of which are taught in Arabic, and three in English. Learning in this department is according to the credit-hour system and it should not be less than three years in order to obtain a bachelor’s degree, provided that the student successfully passes 132 credit hours at the end of the first, second and summer semesters of each year.
The Academy grants a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an equivalency from the Supreme Council of Universities, in one of the following academic programs:
● Media Institutions Management Program.
● Accounting and finance program.
● Marketing and advertising program.
Engineering Department
The department includes five credit hour system programs, provided that the duration of learning in this department is not less than four years, in order to obtain a bachelor’s degree, on condition that the student successfully passes 144 credit hours, by the end of the first, second and summer semesters of each year.
The Academy grants a bachelor’s degree in engineering accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and an equivalency from the Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities in one of the following programs:
● Architectural Engineering Program.
● Civil Engineering Program.
● Power and Electrical Machinery Engineering Program.
● Electronics and Communications Engineering Program.
● Computer Engineering and Artificial Intelligence Program.
All Department graduates are registered in the Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers.
