Stars of the American movie "A Day to Die" Leon Robinson, Brooke Butler, director Wes Miller and the Egyptian actor Mohamed Karim, also acting in the movie, had a tour at the Egyptian Media Production City company (EMPC) to see its technical and technological facilities, and its most important filming locations which included the outdoor shooting areas. They also visited the Cinema Heritage Restoration Center, through which old films and documentaries are restored and preserved from damage and being old.
At the end of the visit, the movie crew expressed its admiration for the technical and technological capabilities, the state-of-the-art studios that are equipped with the latest filming methods, as well as the outdoor shooting areas that put EMPC on the map of international cinematography.
It is worth mentioning that EMPC provides
all the required facilities and obtains the necessary permits for international
cinema crews wishing to film their productions in Egypt. That’s in accordance
with its right to issue permits to shoot foreign films in Egypt through the
foreign filming services center at EMPC, which has recently supervised the filming
of many international foreign films from different countries.
