"Hala", the granddaughter of the well-known multi-millionaire "El-Ramady", refuses the materialistic attitude of her family members. She falls in love with "Zein", the son of a poor building guard. "Zein" is so clever, intelligent and ambitious. He struggles in life to create a better place for him.

"El-Ramady" is totally against any relationship between "Hala" and "Zein". He has made up his mind that she would marry her cousin "Gasser". In order to achieve this, he brings "Zein" to his office and orders his guards to teach him a good lesson. As a result, tension rises ....
