This drama tackles the everlasting conflict among generations. "Awad",
the father, sticks to his old-fashioned principles and forces his
sons and daughters to abide by them blindly, neglecting completely
their aspirations and desires. As a result, tension rises leading to
big problems and depressions for everybody.
"Ahmed", the eldest son gives up his values and principles in his
search for money. He abandons his beloved and marries a rich widow
secretly. "Hussein", the youngest son, suffers from his father's
harshness and hard-heartedness. As a result, he falls in the trap of
an illicit love relationship with a rich girl.
"Hanan", the eldest daughter, elopes from her dad's house to marry a
mechanic. As for "Hoda", the youngest daughter, she lives
heart-broken and depressed due to her dad's persisting refusal to
marry her rich cousin.
