This series is considered a religious and historic treatment of the
great leader Amr Ibn El-Aas' biography. It's divided into two
phases; the first before Islam, including Amr's severe resistance
against Islam, in addition to fighting his brother "Hisham" for
choosing this religion.
Then, there is the phase of belief. It comprises the Prophet's
(Peace be upon Him) orders to "Amr" to lead the Islamic troops in
their expeditions to spread Islam.
The series sheds more light on Islam Introduction in Egypt and the
Egyptians' hearty welcome to the Muslims who have saved them from
the tyrannies of the Roman leaders. Moreover, it presents, in
detail, the true nature of the social, economic and political life
in Egypt during this period, in addition to the process of shifting
Egypt's capital from Alexandria to the "Fostat" city that overlooks
the Nile.
