This series depicts the story of "Thoraya", the rich lady who
marries a simple Arabic teacher. "Thoraya" thinks that her money
would grant her power over her kind husband. As he refuses to yield
to her domination, divorce was the only solution.
"Thoraya" manages to have the custody of her three kids; " Riyad",
the eldest, "Hossam" and "Manal". The ensuing incidents show the
everyday life of an Egyptian family, the social changes and family
problems that would cause the children's misery. Due to Thoraya's
inability to make control over her kids, crises appear one after
the other.
