One may spend his whole life without finding out his true self and
a target to live for. This is how "Hayam", the ambassador's wife has
spent her life. Returning to Cairo after living for a long time in
Paris with her husband, who is now retired, she finds out that
their marital relation is not satisfactory enough.
As a result, she searches for her two friends, "Nadia" and "Affaf"
and resumes her hobbies; translating and writing novels. Many
things hinder her progress like; her kids' problems, her husband's
engrossment in his enterprises and her friends' crises.
Finally, all problems are gradually solved, giving "Hayam" the
chance to fulfill her old dream, finishing her first novel "Life's
Journey".
