The series depicts the story of the 2 twin brothers, one of them      becomes righteous a doctor, totally devoted to his patients, Community and country.
The other turns to a business tycoon adopting all crooked means to gather money and power.
Suddenly, he and his pregnant wife die in a car accident and all the money and power go to the doctor and his family.
