This movie takes us back to the cinema romantic age which believes that love is the only cure for any human pains and agonies. "Youssef", the happy husband, suddenly finds out that he has become a cancer patient. His friend, the doctor, gives him a slight streak of hope that the only cure for this illness is the strong will and desire to survive.

"Youssef" shares his pains with "Dina", the ballet dancer who also suffers from cancer. Their strong love relation has succeeded in improving their condition gradually.
On the other hand, Youssef's wife insists on resuming their marital life once again. By means of her feminine instincts, she realizes the crisis she is living in. Her husband has left her forever to another woman. Due to her insistence to have him back, Youssef's health deteriorates till he is about to die.

As a result, youssef's wife gives up and decides to leave him to his beloved. Together, they live for some more years till "Dina" fulfills her promise to him by giving her final ballet show on stage in front of "Youssef".
