Being colleagues at a ballet institute in California during the 1940's, love joined between "Ginger", the American young lady, and "Yehia", the Egyptian youth. The fruit of this love was the first ballet dancer in "New York Ballet Theatre".

"Yehia" knows nothing about this son and after many long years of separation, "Ginger" tells him about what he considers his life-gift. On the other hand, the son shuns his dad and totally abhors the notion of having a dad coming from Arab origins, the faraway and still developing region.

Strongly shocked from his son's attitude, "Yehia" begins to realize the radical change in America's policies. During the 1940's, it was everybody's dream and idol representing freedom, democracy and justice. Now, it has become the unbeatable superpower world cop, imposing new and unjust global systems by force.

"Ginger", in her turn, tries to reconcile between "Yehia" and his son. Will her efforts bear fruit or not??!! That's what the movie will unfold at the very end.
