Usufruction of the amusement park (Magic Land)
 in the Media Production City for 25 years

via sealed envelopes for Egyptian, Arab and foreign investors

 

  • The purpose of such offer is to utilize the entertainment park (Magic Land), which constitutes a part of the Media Production City, to become an international entertainment city including various entertainment games and aqua park activities in addition to artistic shows mainly; theatre and dolphin shows ....etc. Moreover, visitors of Magic Land are welcomed to visit Media Production City (studios - open-shooting areas– Islamic, Pharaonic and rural imitative environments). The entertainment park is equipped with the main utilities and services in addition to plenty of parking areas.

 

  • Investors are entitled to investment exemptions and incentives granted to projects established in free zones.

 

  •  Request for Proposal (RFP) and Information Memorandum (IM) can be obtained as of Thursday 10 / 7 / 2008 against ten thousand Egyptian pounds or its equivalent in foreign currency, from any of the bodies mentioned below.

 

  • Investors may inspect the entertainment park as of Thursday 10 / 7 / 2008.

 

  • Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in two sealed envelops at the company's premises, accompanied by a bid bond amounting to three hundred thousand US dollars or its equivalent, to be paid in cash or by certified cheque until Monday 15 / 9 / 2008, at 12:00 noon, at the Company's premises. For accepted technical proposals, the financial envelope-opening session shall be held on Wednesday 15 / 10 / 2008, at 12:00 noon, at the Company's premises.
